Katy Haley has been a governor at Quarry Mount since 2020.

Katy is mum to Peggy who started in Reception in September 2020, shortly after Katy joined the school governors to support and assist in any way she can. “Connecting with our school family is really important to me as a mum and a local resident.” 

Katy Hayley has worked creatively in community arts and education for over twenty years. Since 2015 she’s been the Participation Manager at Chapel FM Arts Centre in Seacroft; a varied role that involves engaging and inspiring a range of diverse communities to get involved in creative opportunities. Katy programmes courses and events, facilitates workshops, and networks with communities. Audio storytelling and broadcasting currently makes up a huge part of her work and personal interest.
