Special Dates this half term:

- Wednesday 11^th November – Remembrance Day – poppies on sale in school
- Wednesday 11^th November – Open day for prospective parents (book on our website)
- Wednesday 18^th November – Bedtime story afternoon (during school time, children to bring pyjamas in to wear)
- Monday 23^rd November - KS2 Ice skating trip (selected children)
- Thursday 26^th November – Hyde Park Picture House Trip
- Friday 27^th November – Teacher training day (school will be closed for pupils)
- Tuesday 15^th December – 2.15pm Christmas crafts with parents
- Tuesday 15^th December – 3:30 Carols by the candlelight
- Wednesday 16^th December – 2:15 Rocksteady concert
- Thursday 17^th December – Christmas dinner
- Friday 18^th December - Christmas parties & Christmas jumper day (last day of school).

Reading Books

Children can change their reading books at any time. If your child chooses a longer book, they may keep their reading book for two weeks, if needed. Please try to listen to your child reading for at least 10 minutes each day.

PE Days

Tuesday and Thursday are PE days; children will need to come to school in their PE kits on these days.
PE kit should consist of a navy or white t-shirt with navy/black shorts or navy/black tracksuit bottoms / leggings. Children will need to wear pumps or trainers because we will be outside as much as possible.
