The Voice of Quarry Mount is run by a small group of parents, grandparents and staff.

The aim is to organise enjoyable events for the whole school while at the same time raising funds for resources for the children to use in school.

Latest events:

We will be running some Halloween themed events to raise funds for the new sensory room in school and the mural which has been painted on a wall in the back playground. The events are as follows: 

KS2 Movie Night - Frankenweenie' - Monday 31st October
KS1 Movie Night - 'Casper, the Friendly Ghost' - Tuesday 1st November
Tickets for each of these nights are availble from the school office. Refreshments will be available on the night.

Leavers Disco for Year 6 on Friday 15th July 2016.

Thank you to all who attended the Summer Fair on Friday 8th July 2016. The sun came out to help everyone enjoy the bouncy castle, ice creams, sponge a teacher, face painting and stalls selling children's work. The final of Quarry Mount's Got Talent was hugely popular and resulted in a class party for Year 5 as Sienna, Adara and Adanna, singing Jessie J's 'Flashlight,' were crowned the winners.

Thank you for supporting our Christmas Disco. The children looked fabulously festive as they danced away to tunes played by DJ Boydie. We were able to raise a brilliant £188 to add to our fundraising total.

The Spooky film nights in November 2015 raised £120 which will be spent on resources and experiences for the children.

October 2015 - Yet more dressing up - spooky this time - in aid of Radio Aire's 'Cash for Kids' appeal.

The Summer Fair in July was a fantastic event, which raised £443.67!!!

Thank you to all those families who supported the Easter Movie Nights in March and April 2015. Key Stage 1 children enjoyed watching 'Hop' and children from Key Stage 2 loved 'The Dog Who Saved Easter.' Together these two nights helped raise £120 for school.

Thank you to all those who supported the Winter Fair in December 2014. We raised a fantastic £257.50 which will be used to buy extra resources for the children.
